Did you know?

Won't YOU help the Key Clubs raise money by using Goodsearch as your internet search engine?  Key Club International is registered as a recipient of funding from YAHOO, and each time we use www.goodsearch.com as our search engine (not your home page, just your search engine), Key Club International receives 1 cent!!!  It doesn't cost you anything, YAHOO is a very reputable internet provider, their search engine is fast, and you can help our Key Clubbers.  The first time you use it, you'll see a place to specify Key Club International (it's about in the middle of the page, and says "Who Do You GoodSearch For?".  Merely type in "Key Club International" and they will remain there as the default funds recipient until you change it.  Try it, and help the kids!!!

As our President it is Bill's job to direct our club. He must oversee the operations and delegate the responsibilities to ensure our club remains a top-notch service club. Bill is also our committee chair for Interclubs, where we as members go as a group and support other Kiwanis clubs in and around the area. Bill, you're going to make this year another great one!

Secretary - Carol Haigood -
Carol's job is one of the most important jobs in the club. In Kiwanis, the unsung hero is the club secretary. Her role is to handle club affairs, such as looking after all details of the club and board meetings, do all reports, inform of dues to be collected, answer correspondence and keep records up to date. Her job is all important if the club is to continue to run smoothly. The importance of the club secretary cannot be overemphasized. There has yet to be a successful Kiwanis club with a disinterested or ineffective secretary. We are all so glad we have Carol.

Janet's job is money. She handles all of the financial affairs of the club. From collecting money during our lunches, keeping the books and cutting the checks. It's a very difficult job and Janet has stepped in to do a great job. Thank you Janet and keep up the good work.
